‘THIS IS DISRESPECTFUL TO BABES WODUMO’

The video, which has been shared on Twitter by @Kulanicool has angered Babes Wodumo and Mampintsha’s fans as they feel the woman is disrespectful to the gqom star who was mourning her husband at his memorial service at the time.

Briefly reports that the video shows the woman clearly imitating how Babes Wodumo was honouring her late husband Mampintsha by dancing with their son Sponge. The woman also dances similarly to how the widow did, leaving many South Africans appalled by her behaviour.

The South African reported that the qgom queen started dancing when one of Mampintsha’s songs was played at his memorial, and fellow mourners took out their cameras to record the moment.

Some tweeps are now demanding for the Tik Tok video to be taken down, while others called the woman insensitive and seeking attention online by using Babes’ grief.
