‘Zero chemistry’: Thuli Phongolo dances on DJ Maphorisa [watch]
Amid DJ Maphorisa’s alleged arrest, Twitter users watched a video of him and Thuli Phongolo dancing seductively in a club.

South African actress-turned-dj Thulisile Phongolo and DJ Maphorisa—real name Themba Sonnyboy Sekowe recently made jaw-dropping headlines over the past weekend after it was alleged that the couple had gotten into a physical altercation in Sandton and had Twitter users talking.
‘I GIVE UP’: THULI PHONGOLO DANCES AGAINST DJ MAPHORISA
According to City Press, DJ Maphorisa was arrested on Sunday after allegedly assaulting his DJ girlfriend. It was reported that the gender-based violence act took place at Phongolo’s Sandton apartment. Since the news broke, Tweeps have been resurfacing various clips about the couple.

A Twitter user has had online users in stitches after he posted a video of Phongolo dancing up against DJ Maphorisa in a club. In the clip, the former Generations: The Legacy actress could be seen confidently dancing with the Ba Straata hitmaker.
It is unknown whether the couple had already been dating when they were captured in the clip or when the footage was taken. However, when the Twitter user saw them dancing together, he captioned,
“It was at this, point when I knew Dj Maphorisa and Thuli Phongolo must be in a relationship.”

Since the video was posted, several online users have seen the video and rushed to the comment section to share their thoughts on Phongolo’s dance moves.
Whilst many online users found the video to be hilarious, others were at the least impressed with the actor’s dance moves and thought she was just doing way too much. Another Twitter user was convinced Phongolo was merely securing her supper.
