‘R70k for two hours’: Somizi Mhlongo is accepting Valentine’s Day dates
Somizi Mhlongo says he has a Valentine’s Day date at 20:00 but he is available to be taken out before then at the cost of R2 000 – R70 000.

Media personality Somizi Mhlongo admits to having a Valentine but he is still available before 20:00 for dates – he shared his Valentine’s Day date rates via Instagram on 30 January.
SOMIZI VALENTINE’S DAY DATE RATES
February is the month of love and Somizi Mhlongo is here for it. The media personality says he has a Valentine who will be taking him out at 20:00 on Valentine’s Day but he is available before then.
“Not that I don’t have any Valentine’s… mine starts at 8pm so I’m available before 8,” he wrote on Instagram.
So, how much would a date with Somizi cost you? Thousands! Here is a look at the packages he is offering.
- R70 000 – A maximum of two hours for the date. You will need to pick Somizi up in a Lamborghini Urus. It will be a one on one date, you will be able to hold his hand and he will laugh at every joke you make. He will say “I love you too” and kiss you goodnight.
- R50 000 – You meet Somizi at a restaurant and you can hold hands. He will laugh at three jokes but there is no kissing.
- R25 000 – A drive through date.
- R15 000 – A date via WhatsApp video call for five minutes.
- R5 000 – “I send you a Happy Valentine’s” emoji.
- R2 000 – A high five.

WHO IS HIS BAE?
Somizi’s fans and followers are speculating about his current relationship status. The Idols SA judge and his estranged husband Mohale Motaung announced their divorce in August 2021. This followed the abuse allegations made against the media personality.
Somizi has since been spotted out with Network Security Engineer Specialist Lindile Mbadu. So, this is his current rumoured bae and potentially the Valentine’s Day date he mentioned.
