Actress Palesa Madisakwane opened up about how media personality Somizi Mhlongo’s family reacted when they found out she was pregnant with his child, on the latest episode of Living the Dream with Somizi which aired on Wednesday 18 May.
PALESA ON SOMIZI’S FAMILY FINDING OUT SHE’S PREGNANT
Palesa Madisakwane opened up about only finding out the media personality was gay after she fell pregnant – on the latest episode of his reality show. The actress also claimed that his family knew. So, when they found out she was pregnant they told her to give them the child and go on with her life.
“When I went to speak to Somizi’s mother and his sister, I remember Somizi’s mother saying ‘my child, you can see how Somizi is. He isn’t like other boys. Give us the child and go on with your life,” she said.
The media personality and Palesa have a 26-year-old daughter named Bahumi together. In the series, Bahumi wants to change her surname to her father’s – Mhlongo but her mother’s side of the family claims certain cultural things need to happen first.

The reason Tweeps feel this way is probably because Palesa gushed over how happy he was to tell her friends about the Idols SA judge when he was her “boyfriend.” She also mentioned being “Miss Party” at the media personality’s 21st birthday.
“I could brag about my boyfriend being a part of Sarafine! Whenever he came to see me,” she added.
