MaMkhize’s husband: Where is Sbu Mpisane now?

Royal AM Owner and businesswoman Shauwn “MaMkhize” Mkhize is reportedly still married to Sibusiso “Sbu” Mpisane — but where is he now?

MAMKHIZE RELATIONSHIP WITH SBU MPISANE

MaMkhize and Mpisane were married since 1991 but news of their divorce surfaced in 2018. MaMkhize said that her husband loved himself so no one cared for her on an episode of her reality show. 

“I think the small problem that led my marriage to divorce was that Sbu loved himself. I also loved Sbu. So, no one cared for me. As time went by, in the process I ended up losing myself. Right now I’m trying to find myself and regain and find my identity,” she said. 

However, Zimoja reported that the Royal AM owner is still legally married to Sbu as their divorce is not finalised. The delay was reportedly caused by the multi-million of Rands in cash, movable and immovable assets that the pair needs to split. This is because were married in community of property.

“Shauwn can appear with all the celebs at parties and say what she wants, she is still Mrs Mpisane. Ask her to show you her divorce decree and where she got it, then I will buy you the most expensive car you can find in the world,” said a source.

Mpisane has two known children – Royal AM chairperson Andile with MaMkhize and Sbahle, who he had in 1993, two afters after marrying MaMkhize. The Royal AM owner loves Sbahle as her own.

WHERE IS SBU NOW?

Mpisane was once known as richest cops in Durban because of MaMkhize’s business. He was a Metro police constable but he later resigned and joined MaMkhize’s construction business. 

The pair reportedly still live together in MaMkhize’s La Lucia mansion but in different wings of the large home. Mpisane in the far right wing and MaMkhize in the far left wing.
