Eusebius McKaiser’s “sudden” death this week came as a shock to South Africans. And many – including podcaster Penuel Mlotshwa – are taking to social media to question the details…

The YouTube personality has shared his controversial opinion about Eusebius’s death, which he believes is linked to the Covid-19 vaccine.

Penuel’s comments come shortly after medical doctor Nathi Madladla shared similar sentiments.

Eusebius died on Tuesday, 30 May, after reportedly having an epileptic attack.

PENUEL POSTS AND DELETES EUSEBIUS MCKAISER THEORY

In a since-deleted tweet, Penuel posted: “Are we allowed to ask if Eusebius McKaiser was vaccinated… or if that inappropriate?”

He added: “I remember asking when DJ Dimples passed. I always worry with these sudden deaths, that there may be something else we’re not being told.

Penuel – who was met with backlash over his views – defended his controversial opinion.

He continued in a follow-up tweet: “Some people have told me it’s insensitive and too soon, why? We normally ask about the cause; whether it’s epilepsy or diabetes or HIV or TB, or cholera?!

He added: “A year or so ago, most deaths were linked to Covid, but the vax deaths are not being highlighted? And the government is silent about these!?”.

ANTI-VAX DOCTOR: ‘WE KNOW WHAT KILLS SUDDENLY’

Penuel’s tweets about Eusebius McKaiser come shortly after Dr Nathi Madladla shared a similar, controversial view.

Sharing a screenshot of the celebrated media personality encouraging others to get vaccinated, Dr Madladla tweeted of Eusebius: “Was he a known epileptic?

“Epilepsy doesn’t just manifest for the first time at this age and kills you “suddenly”! We know what does kill suddenly though, but we can’t say it!”.

But while a handful of tweeps supported his theories about Eusebius, others called him out for promoting an “agenda.”

@ThandekaAfrica: “If you really are a doctor, you are a disgrace to the profession.”

@Pencilgraffiti: “A ‘Dr’ making a VERY disrespectful public assumption based on absolutely zero evidence… Facts… Nothing… Just an agenda. Leave meds and focus on your true calling in politics.”

@mrsspagnoli57: “As an epileptic, I don’t like to teach a doctor something new. But epilepsy can occur at any age. Mine started in my late twenties and was labelled ‘late onset epilepsy’ by my health professionals. Methinks you need to revise your medical knowledge!”

@AlastairMcA30: “Imagine being such a ghoul that you use another’s death to promote your weird agenda (with no proof)?”
