Cassper Nyovest will have to swop his boxing gloves for a microphone if he wants to battle against Nota Baloyi.
The entertainment commentator has offered a whopping R250 000 – seemingly all of his “rainy day savings” – to challenge the rapper in a lyrical face-off.
Taking to Twitter, the podcaster challenged Cassper to compete against him in a rap battle. He tweeted: “Name a time & place. Three rounds, heck I’ll even put 250k on offer. Winner takes all!”.
‘BOX YOU INTELLECTUALLY’
Earlier this week, Cassper Nyovest challenged Nota Baloyi to a boxing match after the latter took aim at him again in a Twitter rant.
The outspoken personality, who calls himself “The Authority”, declined the offer.
He tweeted: “Imagine risking my beautiful mind by boxing… I box you intellectually, to prove your ineptitude!”.

Nota Baloyi also bragged about his high IG. He added: “I paid my own school fees with my brains… All my parents had to do was provide transport. I can’t relate to you 30% pass rate fools!”.
NOTA BALOYI DELETES INSULTING TWEETS
Nota Baloyi may want to go head-to-head against Cassper Nyovest, but he has seemingly decided to erase his Twitter history of trash talking the star.
In a series of since-deleted tweets, the podcaster took several below-the-belt swipes at Cass, including;
- Alleging Khotso is not Cassper’s son and that Andile Mpisane is sleeping with his baby mama Thobeka Majozi
- Stating Cassper’s father was not “man enough” to raise him and that the rapper “lacks family values”
- Telling Cassper to “focus on Kamo’s box”, hinting at rumours, the rapper is sleeping with the amapiano hitmaker
- Claiming Cassper is in major debt, despite flexing a wealthy status and a “hired” McLaren
