‘I’m spread thin’: Nick feels guilty for not having time for 11 kids

The ‘Wild N’ Out’ host Nick Cannon says he is feeling a lot of dad guilt for being unable to spend time with his eleven kids.

American TV host Nick Cannon has revealed that he feels guilty about not being able to spend time with all his children and he says this is because he works all the time and it is just impossible to have enough time for all his eleven kids.

NICK CANNON OPENS UP ABOUT DAD GUILT

People Magazine reports that Nick appeared in the latest instalment of The Checkup with Dr. Agus on Paramount+, and opened up about being a father of 11.

“Being a father of multiple kids, it’s always the biggest guilt on me is that I don’t get to spend enough time with all my children…One ’cause I’m constantly working and two because I’m just spread thin,” he explained.

Nick is currently getting ready to welcome his 12th child with model Alyssa Scott and this is after the pair lost a their 5-month-old son Zen to brain cancer last year December.

“He was healthy, active, always smiling…we [also] noticed his head was a little larger, [but] all my kids have big heads. I was a big-headed baby,” Cannon said

LATE SON’S WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN EXTENDED

Nick added that after they suspected that Zen might have asthma, they decided to take him to a doctor’s appointment where his physician was immediately concerned with the size of the baby’s head.

Zen was diagnosed with high-grade glioma, a rare and aggressive form of brain cancer. Cannon and Scott were presented with the option of chemotherapy as a course of treatment, they decided against because the doctors said it wouldn’t prolong his life.

“Seeing your son hooked up to all of those machines — and he had to go for a shunt two or three times, and that was heart-breaking every time — even in that short amount of time, I couldn’t imagine him having to go through chemo,” he said, according to Page Six.
