MISS ALABAMA CAUSE OF DEATH REVEALED

According to the Miami Herald, the Miami Police Department responded to a “possible suicide attempt” around midnight on 11 February. However, investigators tell the publication that Zoe “fell out of the third-floor window.”

The police department later confirmed that the 27-year-old was rushed to hospital in critical condition by Miami Fire Rescue and she was in a coma for over a week before she succumbed to her injuries.

The Miami-Dade Medical Examiner ruled her cause of death as blunt force trauma. The death is referred to as an accident. This is the “accident” Zoe’s family posted about on her Instagram account.

“On Friday, February 18, 2022, at approximately 5:30AM Eastern time in Miami, Florida, our beloved Zoe Sozo Bethel passed from this life into the next as a result of succumbing to her injuries,” read the statement.

“Zoe touched the hearts of many people and was actively affiliated with several organizations and groups namely, she was the current Miss Alabama (for America Strong), a political commentator for RSBN, a Brand Ambassador for Turning Point USA, and Liberty University’s Falkirk Center. ZOE’S FAMILY: ‘IF SHE HAD A CHOICE, SHE WOULD STILL BE WITH US TODAY’

The accident left Miss Alabama with severe damage to her brain/brainstem. So, she was in a coma for eight days before she passed away on 18 February. The family says if she had a choice, she would still be here today.

“The initial police report is simply preliminary and is not conclusive, and is further absent specific facts from eyewitness testimony that would alter the ‘incident type,” said the family in a statement.

“She was becoming more successful each year of her life, and she was only just beginning,” the family continued.

“If she had a choice, she would still be here with us today,” the family added.
