Meghan Markle was featured on cover of The Cut. In her interview, she claimed that when she was an active member of the royal family she had to send pictures of her now-three-year-old son, Archie, to the Royal Rota. The publication is the press pool that covers Queen Elizabeth II and her line of succession.

“There’s literally a structure. Why would I give the very people that are calling my children the N-word a photo of my child before I can share it with the people that love my child?” she said to The Cut.

“You tell me how that makes sense and then I’ll play that game,” she continued.

PRINCE HARRY ALLEGEDLY DIDN’T HAVE CONTROL OF INSTAGRAM ACCOUNT

Meghan also claimed that her husband, Prince Harry didn’t have control of the @KensingtonRoyal Instagram account. This was the account they initially shared with Prince Harry’s brother Prince William and his wife Kate Middleton.

The pair then got their own social media account @sussexroyal. So, the pair posted their photos there first without first sharing the photos with Royal Rota. However, they shut down their account when they stepped down from their royal roles in February 2021.

Meghan seems to have plans to get back on Instagram.

“I’m getting back … on Instagram,” she said to the magazine.

The Duchess of Sussex was forced to hand over control of her social media accounts, her passport, ability to open her own mail and more when she got engaged to Prince Harry in 2017.
