American journalist Christopher Andersen claimed that King Charles once sarcastically told Princess Diana that he was gay – revealed in the upcoming biography, The King: The Life of Charles III.

‘THE KING: THE LIFE OF CHARLES III’

Christopher Andersen writes that one of King Charles’ valets remembers seeing Princess Diana — “hurling epithets and mocking her husband’s obsession with the dreary-looking Camilla,” in his upcoming biography, The King: The Life of Charles III.

The biography is set to release on 8 November. Page Six reports that Charles and Diana’s unhappy marriage was “highly combustible” that royal protection officers were worried someone may get hurt.

The valet reportedly watched on as Diana “literally pushed” her husband “down hallways, up staircases and from room to room” at the King’s Highgrove House country retreat.

KING CHARLES SARCASTICALLY TOLD PRINCESS DIANA ‘I MIGHT BE GAY’

The King allegedly told Diana that he may be gay after he was asked about their sex life.

“Why won’t you sleep with me?” Diana is said to have asked Charles.

The King is said to have “had for all intents and purposes unilaterally called a halt to their sexual relationship,” since the birth of Prince Harry in 1984.

“I don’t know, dear. I think I might be gay,” Charles allegedly responded.

The author also claims that during one heated argument between the pair, Diana said that Charles will never be King and their eldest son William will take the throne after Queen Elizabeth II.

“Do you know who I am?’ he allegedly asked his wife.

“Diana answered that he was a ‘**king animal,’” wote Andersen.

“You will never be King! William will succeed your mother. I will see to that.”

“The clashes between Diana and Charles were now so raw that ‘violence seemed inevitable,’” one bodyguard notes in the book.

The book claims that officers were concerned by the “sheer firepower” contained within Highgrove’s walls. This included shotguns, rifles and pistols.

“The detectives in charge of protecting members of the royal family were deeply concerned that ‘in the heat of anger,’ any one of these could be used to commit suicide, homicide or both,” wrote Andersen.
