The court has ruled in favour of Katlego Maboe regarding allegations of misconduct towards Monique Muller and breaching the protection order.

Katlego Maboe has won the case against the mother of his son Monique Muller for misconduct and breaching a protection order taken out against him.
The magistrate ruled that there were no grounds for the protection order.

MONIQUE MULLER LOSES
Entertainment commentator Phil Mphela has announced that the court has absolved Katlego Maboe of allegations of misconduct towards the mother of his son Monique Muller.
Maboe appeared in court for allegedly breaching a protection order taken against him.
The magistrate ruled that there were no grounds for the protection order.
The statement from his PR team adds that the court has not made any findings of acts of domestic violence that were made by Muller and the case has been dismissed.

HE MAINTAINS HIS INNOCENCE
Katlego Maboe and Muller trended on social media for months in October 2020 after a video of Maboe’s cheating confession went viral.
Muller took the video in which one could hear her asking him multiple questions.
He admitted to cheating on her in the video and confirmed that he gave her an STD.
Muller then mentioned an assault and filed a protection order as a result.
The former OUTsurance TV presenter then took to Twitter denied abusing Muller.
“I have always and will always stand up against the abuse of women and children.”
“In fact, the abuse of anyone for that matter.”
“In light of the comments made against me, I would like to state that I have never abused my partner,” he said.
