‘Inadmissible’: Kanye says Kim can’t prove he wrote social media posts

Kanye West says Kim Kardashian cannot prove that he wrote the ’emotionally distressing’ social media posts about her and Pete Davidson.

Rapper Kanye West claims his estranged wife Kim Kardashian can’t prove he wrote the “emotionally distressing” social media posts about her and boyfriend Pete Davidson so it can;t be used as evidence in their ongoing divorce battle.

KANYE CLAIMS KIM CAN’T PROVE HE WROTE THE SOCIAL MEDIA POSTS 

Kanye West’s attorneys the messages and social media posts are hearsay and inadmissible in court, according to legal documents obtained by TMZ.

“Kim claims she read something online allegedly by Kanye and characterises the posts in her declaration as misinformation. Kim needed to offer the social media posts into evidence, and show that the posts were written by Kanye,” read the document. 

The documents state that Kim needs to prove that Kanye wrote the posts but the rapper previously apologised to Kim for the posts.

“I know sharing screenshots was jarring and came off as harassing Kim. I take accountability. I’m still learning in real time. I don’t have all the answers. To be good leader is to be a good listener,” he wrote in a since-deleted Instagram post.

KIM CLAIMS KANYE’S POSTS WERE CAUSING EMOTIONAL DISTRESS

Last week the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star begged a judge to sign her divorce papers because Kanye’s posts were “emotionally distressing.” 

“I very much desire to be divorced. Kanye has been putting a lot of misinformation regarding our private matters and co-parenting on social media, which has created emotional distress,” said Kim according to Page Six.

Kanye has accused Kim of kidnapping their four-year-old daughter Chicago. The rapper also slammed Kim for allowing their eight-year-old daughter North to have a TikTok account.

“Since this is my first divorce i need to know what i should do about my daughter being put on tik tok against my will,” he wrote.

He also threatened to “beat Pete’s a**” in a new song and he refers to Pete as Skete in his Instagram posts.
