Former cast member of Nick Cannon’s Wildin’ OutJacklyn Smith, popularly known as Jacky Oh travelled to Miami just days before her death on Tuesday 31 May.

Page Six reports that Jacky Oh travelled to Miami for a “mommy makeover” just days before her sudden death. The publication reports that she posed alongside popular surgeon Dr. Zachary Okhah before she was set to go under the knife — in a since-deleted post.
“Getting ready for my mommy makeover with Dr. Zach!! Stay tuned to my YouTube for the full reveal,” read the caption in a screenshot of the post obtained by Hollywood Unlocked.
Jacky was seen wearing a disposable medical gown as she stood next to the surgeon who was in scrubs. Swipe left to see the post.
The actress and model died on 31 May. Her cause of death has not been revealed but she died in Miami. A BET Media Group spokesperson confirmed the news to Fox News Digital.
“We are deeply saddened by the passing of Jacklyn Smith, known to the world as Jacky Oh, a talented ‘Wild N’ Out’ family member whose impact will be forever treasured and missed. Jacky Oh was a loving friend and beloved colleague of the ‘Wild N’ Out’ cast throughout five seasons,” the statement read.
“More importantly, she was a tremendous mother to three beautiful children. The BET Media Group extends our sincere condolences to the Smith family, DC Young Fly, B Simone,” the statement continued.
Jacky Oh was the longtime partner of Youtuber John Whitfield, popularly known as Young Fly. The pair have three children together – Nova, Nala and Prince.
She met Young Fly on the shoot of Wildin’ Out.
