South African-born billionaire Elon Musk has reclaimed his title as the World’s Richest Person on Monday 27 February — here’s a look at his kids and “baby mamas”.

ELON MUSK THE WORLD’S RICHEST MAN ONCE AGAIN
Tesla and SpaceX CEO Elon Musk has reclaimed his spot as the World’s Richest Person on Monday 27 February. In December 2022, Musk lost his spot as the World’s Richest Person as LVMH CEO Bernard Arnault took over.
However, Musk’s net worth is now worth more than that of Arnault sitting at $187.1 billion (R3.4 trillion). According to Bloomberg, Tesla stock lifted the billionaire back to the top of their real-time Billionaires Index. Musk is just R2 billion ahead of Arnault, whose net worth is R185 billion, which also equates to R3.4 trillion in rands.

THE BILLIONAIRE’S KIDS AND ‘BABY MAMAS’
NEVADA ALEXANDER
The billionaire welcomed his first child to the world with his ex-wife Justine Musk in 2002 but the infant passed away at just 10 weeks old. Nevada lost his life due to Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS).
GRIFFIN MUSK AND VIVIAN WILSON
Musk and Justine welcomed a pair of twins born as Griffin and Xavier in 2004. After losing their first child the pair turned to In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) to grow their family.
Xavier legally changed her gender and name to Vivian Jenna Wilson this year, just days after he 18th birthday. She distanced herself from her billionaire father and took on her mother’s maiden surname.

KAI, SAXON AND DAMIAN
In 2006, Justine welcomed triplets Kai, Saxon and Damian also using IVF. The triplets are now 16 years old. This means Justine is the mother of six of the billionaire’s eight children. Justine and the billionaire got divorced in 2008 but share custody of their three children while the other two are now 18.
X AE A-XII
Grimes and Musk welcomed their baby boy X AE A-XII, affectionately known as baby X, to the world in May 2020 after the pair had been dating from 2018. So, he is currently just a year old. The musician and billionaire announced their split in September 2021.

EXA DARK SIDERÆL
Grimes and the SpaceX CEO secretly welcomed their baby girl together in December 2021 via a surrogate. This was revealed during her Vanity Fair cover shoot when the reported heard the baby wailing upstairs and Grimes was forced to reveal her daughter.
She’s a little colicky too,” Grimes said to the publication. after she was asked what was going on, as the musician noted her first child, X Æ A-XII, was with his father.
“I don’t know. I don’t know what I was thinking,” she told the outlet about attempting to conceal her baby.
ANOTHER PAIR OF TWINS
In July, Business Insider reported that Musk secretly welcomed a pair of twins with Shivon Zilis in November 2021. According to court documents seen by the publication – the billionaire and Zilis filed a petition for the twins to have their father’s surname and their mom’s surname as their middle name. This means the twins will turn a year old this month.
