RIP: Condolences pour in for DJ Karabo ‘Miss Ducasse’

DJ Karabo Ducasse has passed away just days after revealing she was hospitalised and had a near-death experience.

DJ Karabo Ducasse, also known as Miss Ducasse has reportedly passed away as she topped the Twitter trends list on Wednesday 29 December with condolences pouring in. 

REST IN PEACE DJ KARABO 

DJ Karabo Ducasse has reportedly passed away. An official statement regarding her passing is yet to be shared, but the DJ tops the Twitter Trends timeline with celebrities such as Boity Thulo posting a heartfelt tribute. It is unclear how the DJ passed away but she did reveal she was hospitalised via a tweet on 20 December.

“To think I almost died…That is trauma beyond anything. No one should experience this. I’m still not well not sure how long for but damn I want to live. Everyday I ask God for life and to live. Tired of needles and everything else ❤️????????????,” she tweeted.

CONDOLENCES POUR IN FOR THE DJ

Twitter users paid tribute to the DJ as they shared heartfelt messages. 

“Haai, guys. Wow. May you rest in eternal peace, Karabo. May it be a serene, blissful journey back home, angel,” tweeted Boity.

“Rest in peace Karabo. Thank you for your never ending support, your contribution to the industry and for being a tour guide in every country I’ve seen you in. Till we meet again,” tweeted DJ Franky.

“We fought a lot, we had one weird but fun friendship! The drunk nights, the long phone calls!! You lived your life, you traveled the world and most of all you did what you wanted at whatever time you wanted! Your death really disturbed me! Rest in Peace Karabo,” wrote @BhutsTunz.

“Miss Ducasse Dearest Karabo where do we begin. It’s your confidence that needed to be bottled and sold to many other women and young girls.
