‘Date night’: Springboks’ Etzebeth and Siya Kolisi dine together
Springbok captain Siya Kolisi and Eben Etzebeth had a cute little ‘date night’ on the Springbok lock’s engagement anniversary with Anlia.

Springbok player Eben Etzebeth took to his Instagram Story to reveal that he dined with Springbok captain Siya Kolisi on his engagement anniversary — on 23 March.

SIYA KOLISI AND EBEN ETZEBETH’S ‘DATE NIGHT’
It’s been a year since Springbok lock Eben Etzebeth proposed to his now-wife Anlia in 2022. Etzebeth seems to have wanted to celebrate the engagement anniversary with his new bride, but had to settle for captain Siya Kolisi instead.

The rugby star then took to his Instagram Story to reveal that it’s been a year since he proposed to Anlia. Take a look…
“A year ago I got engaged to @anliastar, this year dinner with you,” he wrote.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
- The actress and Springbok lock met in Melkbosstrand, a coastal village north of Cape Town, in October 2021 – according to The Citizen. Just five months later, the Springbok player popped the question and the singer said yes!
- The rugby star revealed that he and another Springbok player – Frans Malherbe were getting married this Saturday 4 February – speaking at a press conference at SARU House, SA Rugby’s headquarters in Plattekloof, Cape Town.
“Siya is at my wedding and Scarra (Ntubeni) at his. I told Siya and Scarra they have to video call each other at some stage during the evening and then just give the phones to me and Frans to we can congratulate each other,” he said.
