After she exposed her husband’s alleged affair, Sonia Booth has been the talk of the Twitter streets and the conversation shifted to the topic of colourism after the former model fell victim to criticism.

SONIA AND MATTHEW BOOTH MAKE HEADLINES
Former Bafana Bafana player Matthew Booth’s wife Sonia Booth took to Instagram to expose his alleged affair. The woman involved in the alleged affair is said to be a married woman named Bongani Moller.
Sonia revealed that she used a private investigator who then tracked her husband’s every move. She claims the affair started on Valentine’s Day this year.
“Cheesecake” also topped the Twitter trends list after Sonia’s revelations. She mentioned that Matthew baked a cheesecake which she thought was for her son’s birthday, but it disappeared the next day.
It seems he baked the cheesecake for his alleged “side chick”. She went on to say that he took the cheesecake to the “side chick” in her cake carrier Tupperware and she was not pleased, to say the least.

TWEEPS DEBATE COLOURISM
Sonia, Matthew, cheesecake and Bongani began trending on Twitter as Tweeps shared their thoughts. However, some Tweeps called the former Miss SA 2001 second runner-up “ugly”. Another Tweep said that Matthew had “bad taste” in women.
