‘Blood & Water’: Will Natasha Thahane return for season three?

Netflix announced the release date and teaser for Blood & Water season three… will actress Natasha Thahane be returning for the third season?


Netflix announced that Blood & Water season three will be released on 25 November. So, will Natasha Thahane return to her role as Wendy Dlamini in the series? 

Yes she will. According to Netflix’s press release, Natasha is listed amongst those returning for season three. Speculation of whether the actress will be featured in season three most probably stemmed from her announcing her pregnancy in March this year. The actress did not reveal who the father of her child is, but fans were convinced it was her on-and-off boyfriend, Orlando Pirates midfielder Thembinkosi Lorch.

The Skeem Saam star is believed to have given birth towards the end of April. A quick mom on her feet, Natasha revealed that she returned to the Blood & Water set in May this year. Take a look…

More drama is about to unfold in season three of Blood & Water after the second season ended on a cliffhanger. So, what can you expect this season?

“As the Parkhurst heroes return and prepare for the future, the story of the missing baby unravels further leading to more burning questions, like who’s Fikile’s real father?,” reads the synopsis of the series.

“And will Puleng bring down the curtain on the now defunct system known as Point of Grace? Relationships are also  put to the ultimate test as revelations lead to broken hearts, tested friendship and family bonds, and a quest for the truth,” reads the synopsis of the series according to Netflix.

According to Netflix, secrets and mysteries continue to surround Puleng (played by Ama Qamata) and Fikile (played by Khosi Ngema), who inch closer to the truth amidst a plethora of unanswered questions. So, take a look…
