R85K per night? Babalwa Mneo checks in at lux Paris hotel [watch]

South African model Babalwa Mneno was seen in Paris staying at the luxurious Hotel Plaza Athenee. She was joined by a few familiar SA stars.

Following making headlines after buying herself a Rolls Royce in May, South African supermodel and former beauty queen Babalwa Mneno aka Barbz is proving to be having a better year than most. She has recently been spotted in Paris living her best life after checking in at the luxurious Hotel Plaza Athenee.


According to the hotel’s website, spending a night at Plaza Athenee could cost between R45 000 to R85 000 depending on when one decides to make a reservation.  

In one of her posts on Instagram, the stunning model could be seen walking out of the hotel and captioned,

“Can’t even compare.”

Judging by her feed, Mneno has been in Paris since Sunday, 28 May. One can only imagine how much she has spent on her accommodation alone.

In another post, Mneno can be seen enjoying herself with a few familiar faces in France, including, actress and influencer Amanda Du-Pont and entrepreneur and lawyer Sandra Ankobiah. The trio had lunch at Le Café Marly restaurant and decided to give their online followers a peek into the fun. After having lunch, the ladies can be seen going for a short stroll around the city.

According to Briefly, aside from being a supermodel and being a cast member on Big Brother Africa season seven, Barbz is also an established event manager and also runs a successful salon.

On 24 May, Maphepha Ndaba reported Barbz had bought herself a Rolls Royce. According to the dealership’s posts, the 2020 Bentley Continental GT W12 Coupe was priced at R4 899 000.00.
