Prince William – Prepping to be King

According to Express, it has recently emerged that the 39-year-old Prince is overseeing the management of two important royal estates, and both he and Kate Middleton will boost their public engagements and profile to support the Royal Family.

The news comes after reports of Queen Elizabeth having to “wind down” due to her busy work schedule. It is reported that she is currently resting at Windsor Castle after cancelling a trip to Northern Ireland due to her health.

“The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and their three children, George, Charlotte and Louis, they were all seen at Heathrow airport on Thursday, they were coming back from a family holiday,” Royal expert Natalie Oliveri said on the TODAY show.

“Now they had arrived on Thursday, the same day Queen Elizabeth was discharged from hospital in London so many people are seeing that as rushing back to be by the Queen’s side. “So far, we aren’t being told there is any cause for alarm but Prince William is one of the royals really stepping up, taking charge of these royal duties.

“He apparently is taking charge of the Balmoral and Sandringham estates in the Queen’s absence, those were jobs that his grandfather Prince Philip would have done before his passing, so really William is preparing to be king one day of course after his father.”

Will Prince Harry return to the UK?

She later addressed the long-lasting effect of Prince Harry and Meghan’s exit from the royal family in 2020, saying: “There is a huge absence now left by Harry and Meghan too so the Cambridges really have to step up there.”

According to The Citizen, royal fans all over the world have urged Prince Harry to head back to London to see the Queen, following her hospitalisation.

COP26 climate change summit

The Palace said in a statement that the Queen will not be attending the COP26 climate change summit set to take place in November, which left royal fans fearing for her health. The palace said she would deliver her address to delegates using a recorded video message instead.

“Such a beautiful family. I truly hope Harry flies back to see his grandmother, the queen, and the family. She is slowing down. He will regret it. I loved the commercial they did together! God bless you all,” a royal fan said on Twitter.
