DJ Black Coffee took to Twitter to set the record straight on his controversial tweets about the abuse allegations levelled against him. He explained that he didn’t need people to believe him.

“I appreciate your tweets and respect all your opinions, however I didn’t tweet so you can ‘believe me’. I needed to get this off my chest and I need her to stop making me the face of her GBV campaigns…I’m not the one,” he tweeted.

BLACK COFFEE’S CONTROVERSIAL TWEETS

The DJ set tongues wagging when he tweeted about the abuse allegations levelled against him.

“The day my ex accused me of physically harming her, nothing was the same. It has left a heavy void in my heart a void I can’t shake off. I lost a big part of myself,no court of law could ever fix the pain and shame I still carry today,” he wrote.

The DJ went on to call Enhle “dark and irresponsible” for the abuse allegations.

“My late father was abusive,to see her continue to ride that wave as a victim using me and using some of my tweets about it on that swimwear as an activist is quite dark and irresponsible. She knows people who abused her she must confront them and leave me alone,” he wrote.

ENHLE MBALI ACCUSES THE DJ OF ABUSE

In March 2021, Enhle accused Black Coffee of physically abusing her and filed for a protection order against him.

The alleged abuse was said to have taken place at Enhle’s birthday party at their marital home, according to Daily Sun.

“Nathi asked me why I was throwing a dinner without his permission. I then asked why I needed his permission and he said because it’s his house. I then told him it’s our home and am puzzled. He then threatened to call the cops to shut it down,” she said in the court application, according to the publication.

In May 2021, Enhle revealed that her protection order had been denied and vowed to stop “protecting” the DJ.
