CHRISTMAS COMES EARLY

The Imali Eningi hitmaker says the purpose of his visit is to donate shoes to school kids.

“I am buying about 900 school shoes. I am excited about this because it means these kids will have shoes next year. I’m doing this in collaboration with Spitz,” said Big Zulu.

The publication says that this will not be the first time Big Zulu does something for the school.

“Last year, I donated laptops for the school. I am hoping to do more for the school. My goal is to see these kids getting quality education,” he said.

“These are our future leaders and I am investing in them. I wouldn’t want any of them to drop out. I’d be happy to meet them one day driving their own cars and having their own businesses and properties. It starts now with us investing in their education,” he said.

THE STAR GREW UP WITHOUT SHOES

Daily Sun also reports that Big Zulu also wrote on his Facebook page that he grew up poor so he understands what some of the kids are going through.

“I grew up poor, I didn’t have shoes. The ones I had were old and torn. When it was cold, I’d dip my feet into the cows’ dung to feel its warmth. Today, things have changed, I’m an ambassador for one of the top shoe brands. Therefore I don’t want kids to go through the same experience as me instead I want them to have a brighter future,” he said.
