Over the past week Anita Lloyd from the Real Housewives van die Wynlande came under fire after it was revealed that her husband, Boyce Lloyd, will be stepping down as CEO at KWV. He is making way for John Loomes. Fans and viewers were quick to speculate that her musings and quips on the show could be the reason for her hubby stepping down, but the rumour was soon squashed.
Right from the very first episode she stunned fans with her no-nonsense attitude and straightforward way of speaking. And then there’s the continuous cursing.

INTRODUCING HERSELF
Viewers of the show first got introduced to Anita when she introduced herself on the show. And it was soon clear that viewers were in for a treat.
“I am Anita Lloyd, and I live in Pearl Valley Golf Estate in the Paarl,” she said.
“And I swear I didn’t drink a pill. They do it sometimes; you should watch them. I see them,” she quickly added with a twinkle in her eye.

HER AND BOYCE’S RELATIONSHIP
And no, she isn’t afraid to open up about her and hubby Boyce’s relationship. The couple have been together for the past forty years.
“Boyce loves me because I am f**cking hot,” Anita laughs during one of the interviews.

SHE DOES NOT LIKE BARKING DOGS
In the Winelands, the Val de Vie estate is an exclusive and luxurious home to some of the area’s most influential and wealthy residents. Many only dream of building a home there but for Anita, it was a “nightmare.” Upon arriving in the Winelands, after some years abroad, they hired a house in the popular Val de Vie estate. But the continuous barking dogs soon got the better of them. The couple decided to build a home in the Pearl Valley Golf Estate in Paarl.
“My home is really one of the most beautiful places I have ever been in my life. It is next f**cking level,” she describes her home.
JEALOUSY AMONG WOMEN
With so many women together in the show, and just among women in general, jealousy can be quite the problem.
“There are some women who are jealous of me. When I don’t open my mouth, and they just see me, they might think I’m a glamour puss. But when I speak, they quickly realise I am of higher intellect,” she added.
She described herself as a “god damn amazing housewife. Am I f**cking hot or am I just burning,” she laughed.
In an interview with Netwerk24, she said that the saying “glamour puss” isn’t an ugly thing to say, especially since she is saying it about herself. However, she prefers the term “glamour goose,” and she doesn’t have a problem with crude language, she explained.
“I always say people that don’t curse…. there is a problem. It’s like I cannot really trust the person. You have to at some point say: ‘Bliksem!” she told the publication.
SHE IS WEALTHY AND NOT AFRAID TO TALK ABOUT IT
And then there were, of course, the “mammon’ comments.
“We all worship Mammon, the god of money. If I didn’t have any money, I’d jump of a building. It’s actually inconceivable to comprehend. No it is the f**cking worst. it’s terrible…it is bad sh*tt,” she said.
Some fans were quite upset with her statement.
