Cassper Nyovest may not have supported rap rival AKA’s music while he was alive, but in a surprising turnaround, he’s a huge fan of the slain star’s posthumous album Mass Country.
In fact, the hitmaker has vowed to stream the music offering just any other member of the Megacy.
Mass Country has officially been released and is available to stream on all major music platforms.
CASSPER PRAISES MEGACY AND ‘MASS COUNTRY‘
On Friday morning, South Africans woke up to a brand new, yet bittersweet, album offering from AKA; Mass Country.
And Cassper revealed he was just as excited to hear what it was all about.
He tweeted: “Happy Mass Country Day! Big love to the Megacy!”
When one tweep asked if he would be streaming the album, Cassper responded: “Hell f**king yeah we are! Company been stuck on my mind for days! This should be a great project !”.
It’s no secret, AKA and Cassper didnt see eye to eye. The rappers were pitted against each other in a music industry beef that lasted years – sadly, even up until AKA’s death.

AKA FANS CLAP BACK AT SUDDEN SUPPORT
On Twitter, fans of Cassper praised their music idol for his praise of the late rapper. However, fans of AKA questioned his motives and his “sudden support.”
Some even accused him of trying to “poach” the Megacy.
