Beauty blogger and cricket WAG Aisha Baker has opened up about her labour and giving birth to her baby girl…and it’s out of this world!

The couple — who wed in 2016 –are also parents to three-year-old son Khaled.

AISHA BAKER: ‘TRANSCENDING PLANETS’ WITH HER ‘THIRD EYE’

Aisha Baker shared her birthing experience with her 142k followers, where she revealed that she had an “unmedicated labour”.

Aisha was joined by her doula and sister in the labour room as her husband Wayne could not be there due to work commitments, and her mother was in a serious accident weeks before.

The fashionable star wrote alongside a clip of the experience: “It felt extremely overwhelming to have to adapt so fast. The only person left was my sister. I asked her to be my birthing partner and she stepped up in so many ways.”

Aisha praised both her doctor and doula for giving her an enjoyable labour, which she claimed to have “transcended planets with”

“I told my doctor I wanted an unmedicated birth and he supported me completely. This is why he is my doctor of choice because he backs me, the only other man in my life who has supported me without question is my husband.

“I could not have transcended planets and birthed Salma the way she wanted to enter without the help of my doula Harriet”.

In the clip, Aisha is seen in active labour where she experiences jarring contractions before finally welcoming her baby girl into the world.

“This is what trusting yourself and your body looks like. Truly letting go in the moment.

“My labour was absolutely glorious and moving. I’ve never felt more free – I am forever changed.

And the pint-sized star also claimed to have used her “third eye” during the experience.

Responding to a follower who asked why her doula pressed Aisha’s forehead during her contractions, she responded: “That’s my third eye. Google it… I can’t explain effectively in a comment”.

CELEBS AND THEIR HOLISTIC BIRTHING EXPERIENCES

And Aisha Baker is not the only star to favour holistic birth experiences.

Soapie actress Reandi Grey gave birth to her frist child Heidi with the help of a doula, who just so happened to be her 7de Laan co-star Quinne Brown.

She wrote in an appreciation post dedicated to her friend: ““@quinnebrown has walked this path of expecting little Heidi, and welcoming our little Heidi as not just a super special friend, but also my amazing Doula.

“As our Doula, she opened a whole new world of pregnancy to my husband and I. A world of APPRECIATION! Appreciation of the whole process, every aspect and every stage of it. It opens your eyes and mind to the mental, emotional and physiological side of pregnancy, birth and post birth”.

Elsewhere stars like Gigi Hadid, Ashley Graham and Hilary Duff have also recently welcomed their latest additions via unmedicated births.
