The crime rate in South Africa is increasing at an alarming rate. As days go by, criminals become more and more fearless as they take to the streets to act violently and act out on their evil plans. One such criminal was recently caught on camera looting a moving Spar truck in broad daylight.

The clip, which has gone viral on social media, has left many South Africans feeling hopeless about the future of the country which appears to be getting worse and not better.

Brazen thug loots moving truck

South African criminals seem to get away with just about anything.

While citizens are being told to stay safe and be more careful when leaving their houses – nothing is happening to the criminals who are disturbing the peace and robbing others of their hard-earned belongings.

In a video shared by Facebook page SA Long Distance Truckers, a brazen thief can be seen looting a big truck in broad daylight.

The clip which was shared, on 18 July this week, shows the man hiding behind the moving Spar truck before tearing a hole in the side of it.

He then climbs inside the truck and starts to throw large boxes out of it.

The clip was captioned:

“A piece of crap stealing from a moving truck”

SA is fed up

The clip has left many with a sour taste in their mouths as they discussed the level of crime in the country.

Many of them blamed the ruling party for the lack of action against criminals.

Queen Beswick asked:

“When is law enforcement & government going to start doing anything constructive about the crime and corruption in South-Africa?”

Simeon Armachuand said:

“The worst part our polices are doing nothing while our trucks are burning and looted they sit and do nothing. But every ready to stop us for nothing and take bribes! This is what South Africa has become useless.”
