Taking a shower or a bath tends to leave a person looking and feeling better. For many people, hot water and soap are pretty relaxing and soothing. One woman has however gone viral on social media after revealing that she only baths every 10 days but feels as good as ever. According to her, people don’t need to bathe daily to feel and look beautiful.

Woman who only baths every 10 days still feels beautiful!

Taking a bath is a form of therapy – well at least for most people.

For one young lady, however, frequent baths are a waste of water and damaging to the environment.

23-year-old Aydan Jane has gone viral on TikTok for her views on taking showers and baths but she is sticking to her guns.

In one of her most popular videos Aydan can be seen dancing happily while the caption of the post reads:

“I am living proof that you don’t have to bathe often to look and feel good.”

TikTokers are repulsed and confused

Her various videos have left many TikTokers feeling quite disgusted as they questioned her hygiene.

One user said: “Not trying to be rude but what’s the point of going that long without showering?”

Others however wondered whether she also skipped baths while she was on her menstrual cycle.

Meanwhile, IOL reports that Dr Julie Russak, a private practice dermatologist in Manhattan, said that there is no harm in leaving one or two days between showers but not showering for longer periods can result in skin damage.
