Lockdown recipe: Make your own

Lockdown recipe: Make your own apple cider

The extended lockdown has us all looking for alternatives to our alcoholic beverage options.

Lockdown recipe: Make your own

These days it is all the rage to brew your own beer and you get a craft beer brewer around every corner. However, that is when #lockdown has ended. For now, why not make your own cider at home and who knows, maybe cider will be the next big thing?

As with any good wine, all you need is good quality fruit to make a good base.

I made this two weeks ago, and when it came to having it as a sundowner, it was rather enjoyable. So give it a try, it might just work for you.
