Grilled beef short ribs suggestions

This is a simple recipe, so getting the best quality produce is your best option. Get your butcher to cut you some beautiful thick short ribs which have some good fat for flavour and lots of meat. You’ll be putting this into the oven on a drip tray, so get the roasted vegetables like potatoes, carrots, onions, and maybe some butternut pieces into the oven for about 30 minutes before roasting it for the rest of the time with the ribs. Serve with some salad or even just some air fried chips.
