Ingredients

  • 60 ml oil

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed

  • 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger

  • 1 each rainbow peppers, chopped

  • 2 tomatoes, grated

  • 1 tablespoon sugar

  • 2 tablespoons ROYCO® Chakalaka soup powder

  • 2 cans Koo chakalaka (hot)

  • 500 g cooked pasta

Method

  • Heat oil in a pot and fry the onion for 3 minutes.
  • Add garlic, ginger and peppers and fry for 3 minutes.
  • Add tomatoes, sugar, ROYCO® Chakalaka Soup and mix to combine.
  • Add chakalaka, stir to combine and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Once chakalaka is ready, mix with pasta and set aside.
