Ingredients

  • 3 3 medium avocados

  • cup xylitol

  • 1 cup 1 low-fat yoghurt

  • ½ cup ½ whipping cream

  • ½ teaspoon ½ vanilla extract

  • 20 g 20 almond flakes

  • ¼ ¼ teaspoon lemon juice

Method

  • Add all the ingredients into a blender.
  • Place in a home ice cream machine, and then allow it to churn for 20 minutes. Remove and either serve immediately or freeze and serve later.
  • Make eight 1 cup servings and sprinkle the almond flakes on top with some mint as decoration.
