During over a year of lockdown, we all tried new skills and got really good at them. Often, these came down to baking, cooking and some tried fermentation. You can ferment all kinds of things, but did you know that you can ferment your own apples to make cider? Homemade Apple Cider is easier to make than it sounds and will put a big smile on your face.

Simple ingredients can still produce the tastiest results. If you love apples and have been baking some sourdough bread, you might already have all of the ingredients you need to make your own cider. This cider takes just over a week to make and the biggest hurdle will be not to try it too soon.
