Unfinished storylines in ‘Umkhokha’ lead to season two prediction

‘Umkhokha’ viewers anticipate season two of the series as season one comes to an end and gets replaced by ‘The Republic’.

Viewers of Mzansi Magic’s hit series Umkhokha are devastated that the show is being replaced with The Republic and want a second season.

Fans are anticipating a second season after season one of the faith-based telenovela concluded last night (26 November).

UMKHOKHA’ UNFINISHED STORYLINES  

Mzansi is heartbroken that season one of their favourite Sunday night series, Umkhokha has come to an end and is being replaced by The Republic.   

Viewers were head over heels in love with the hit series from the first episode and don’t want it to end.   

Fans were left begging for more drama last night as the storylines kept them glued to their small screens every Sunday.  

They’re hopeful that the show will return as there are storylines that haven’t been covered.  

These storylines include:  

  • Sphamandla still has no idea that his brother, Khulekani’s sons are his.  
  • Busisiwe has no idea that MaMzobe is not her biological mother.  
  • Her biological mother is her aunt, Zodwa who had an affair with her sister’s husband (Delifa).  
  • Will the Busisiwe and Sphamandla’s family die from MaMzobe’s curse?

THE REPUBLIC’ RETURNS  

The show will be replaced by Tshedza Pictures’ hit political drama series, The Republic.  

Entertainment commentator Phil Mphela announced that The Republic season two is returning.

The multi-award-winning series will air next Sunday (2 January)at 8 pm on Mzansi Magic.  

The hit political-series stars veteran actress, Florence Masebe, Bonnie Mbuli, Siyabonga Thwala and many more.
