‘The River’: Nomonde forgives Mabutho for lying about his identity
Nomonde will do anything to protect the man she loves even she learns his identity. We’ll see her fighting Lindiwe and Zweli in August.
Emma (Lunathi Mampofu) has wished bad luck on Nomonde(Linda Mtoba) from the beginning because she’s always been jealous of her.
Beauty (Galaletsang Koffman) informed Emma that Nomonde’s boyfriend Mabutho (Thembinkosi Mthembu) is a miner who lives in a shack with his cousin Paulina (Tango Ncetezo) in Refilwe.
Emma is happy that Nomonde’s boyfriend isn’t the millionaire he’s been pretending to be.
Nomonde announced last night that she’s bringing her boyfriend over for a braai.
She has no idea that Mabutho was Lindiwe’s son-in-law as he was married to Lindiwe’s daughter Tumi Mokoena-Dikana (Larona Moagi).
NOMONDE IS UNLUCKY IN LOVE
Nomonde has never been lucky in love and has always dated men who either manipulate her, use her or lie to her.
Nomonde and Tumi are always dating the same men on The River.
She also dated Mabutho’s cousin Lindani (Lunga Shabalala) who also married her step-sister Tumi Mokoena.
She will be crushed when she finds out that Mabutho is lying to her because she’s head-over-heels in love with him
AUGUST SPOILERS
Nomonde will eventually find out who Mabutho is according to the August teasers.
It will be hard for her to accept the truth but she’ll eventually accept Mabutho and forgive him for lying to her.
The rest of the Dikanas won’t be as forgiving though because they already know Mabutho.
