1Magic TV’s telenovela, Lingashoni, which stars actors, Patrick Mofokeng, Liteboho Molise, Thato Molamu, and Thuli Thabethe has been renewed for a second season.

Patrick Mofokeng joined this telenovela as a poverty-stricken farmworker, Mandla Cele, who returns to his former life of being a successful businessman after a decade of memory loss.

Mandla returns to his old life with his new wife, Seipati, played by former Muvhango actress, Liteboho Molise.

He gets back together with his old wife, Puleng, played by Isibaya actress, Thuli Thabethe, and is now positioned in a polygamous marriage.

His wives and children now live under one roof, don’t get along, and are constantly bickering and competing for his attention.

Puleng is also torn between her husband and her business partner slash boyfriend, Papi (Thato Molamu) who she dated when her husband was declared dead.

Viewers got hooked to the show recently when Puleng accidentally “killed” Seipati and called Papi to assist her to bury her.

Fans of Molise believed her character, Seipati, was exiting the telenovela and were relieved when she woke up from the dead.
