Maduvha Madima and Senzo Radebe join ‘Giyani: Land of Blood’

Two other new faces who are joining the cast of the Xitsonga telenovela include, Rami Chuene and Elvis Nkosi.

Actors, Maduvha Madima, Senzo Radebe, Elvis Nkosi as well as Rami Chuene have joined the cast of Giyani: Land of Blood.  

Chuene has replaced singer-actress, Yvonne Chaka-Chaka who played the role of Richard Mudau’s wife, Gladys in season one.   

Richard Mudau was exposed as a murderous traitor in season one and his wife, Gladys was exposed and left for dead. 

Cheune will play the role of Manoko Ledwaba, and will be joined by actress-singer, Maduvha Madima, who will play the role of Shonisani Mudau, and actors, Senzo Radebe, who will play the role of Fezile, and Elvis Nkosi, who will play the role of Mahlatshe Valentino Ledwaba.  

Madima announced on her Instagram account that her character is the niece of Richard Mudau and best friend’s to Chuene’s character, Manoko Ledwaba.  

WHAT TO EXPECT  

According to TVSA, Richard Mudau (Ndivhuho Mutsila) will return home after spending time in prison and will try to turn his life around and away from crime. 

Viewers should expect a season filled with high action, forbidden love, a string of murders, and secrets that need to remain hidden at all cost…  

Returning cast members include, actors, Linah Ebony Ngcobo as Tsakani, Fumani Shilubana as Vukosi, The River’s Wiseman Zitha as Musawahosi, and DiepCity’s Obed Baloyi as Hlengani.

Other cast members include, Mathabo Mothibe as Khensani, Glennis Mabuza as Kokwana as well as Skeem Saam’s Candy Mokwena as Dayina.  

Season two of the anticipated Xitsonga drama will premiere tonight 1 November) at 9:30 on SABC 2.
