‘He can do better’: Tweeps react to Zola 7’s new song [listen]

After Tweeps heard the South African Kwaito star Zola 7’s newest single, they ordered him to “go back to the drawing board”.

On Sunday, 16 April, a Twitter user brought up a conversation of South African legend Bonginkosi “Zola 7” Dlamini’s latest song online and had Tweeps agreeing on something for once, and that being that the Lwandle hitmaker could do “better.”

Taking to their timelines, the Twitter user wrote,

According to Apple Music, the single was released on 7 April and features Xosti, Zola 7 and Vukani.

After having a listen to the song, Tweeps weren’t impressed and voiced their opinions in the comment section.

Zola 7 has had his fair share of success in the music industry in Mzansi.

However, in recent years, he went quiet until people alleged that he was down and out, Zalebs reported.

In 2022, reality TV star and Royal AM boss Shauwn “MaMkhize” Mkhize was rumoured to have donated R1 million to Zola 7, however, the claims were refuted, TimesLIVE reported.
