Uncle Waffles, Msaki and more: ‘Soulful Sounds Woman to Woman’ returns

Amapiano sensation Uncle Waffles will be rocking the crowd at the ‘Soulful Sounds Woman to Woman’ festival in Bloemfontein on 27 August.

To celebrate Women’s Month in August, the annual Soulful Sounds Woman to Woman concert is back with a star-studded lineup. The likes of Msaki, Ami Faku, Nomfundo Moh and Uncle Waffles are set to take the stage on Saturday 27 August at Old Greys Sports Ground in Bloemfontein, Free State.

‘SOULFUL SOUNDS WOMAN TO WOMAN’ RETURNS!

The inaugural Soulful Sounds Woman to Woman festival took place in 2018 and over the years, the event has wowed Bloemfontein with exceptional local talent. The upcoming festival includes a powerhouse selection of talented stars.

“This year we have incorporated the legends in the game with some [of] the hottest young female talent not just in the country, but on the globe right now,” said Koketso Sejosengoe, the financial director of C Squared Group.

WHO WILL BE PERFORMING?

This year’s Soulful Sounds Woman to Woman festival includes a stellar lineup with some of Mzansi’s top talents set to take the stage.

Power duo Mafikizolo, amapiano sensation Uncle Waffles, Busiswa, Msaki, Thuli Phongolo, Ami Faku and Nomfundo Moh will all be headlining the festival.

2022 marks the first Soulful Sounds Woman to Woman since 2019. The festival was put on hold due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
