American producer and songwriter Roark Bailey has been the incredible force behind some of the most successful artists in the world. The Grammy-winning musician has worked with the likes of French Montana, Drake, and Nicki Minaj and now he is working with South African artists with hopes to introduce them to an international market.

ROARK BAILEY’S SAFETY CLUB

According to SowetanLive, Safety Club is a concept started by Roark Bailey in 2020. Together with his team in Atlanta and Los Angeles, he conducted music camps to produce singles that would compete in the competitive international market.

“Because I had done a lot of engineering work in my career and being a producer and a writer, I felt I needed to actively make space for production that will be a safe space for like-minded producers and songwriters who can get together and without judgement create hit songs,” he told the publication.

Safety Club is currently in Cape Town conducting a 10-day music camp with the likes of YoungstaCPT, Idols SA winner Paxton Fielies and Shekhinah.
