South Africa’s R&B star Donald has been keeping his cards close to his chest about a new album since his 2019 release Her Name Is. In June he confirmed that an album was on the way.
The platinum-selling musician is gearing up to release a new album titled Dreams and it features six incredible artists, one of which is an international star!

CAN YOU GUESS WHO’S FEATURED ON DONALD’S ALBUM?
Donald is set to release his new album Dreams on Friday 22 October and he has lined up the best of the best for the release.
Two of amapiano’s top vocalists, Boohle and Lady Du, are featured on Dreams. Donald also featured television presenter and vocalist Robot Boii, Iiso Monageng and Mthunzi.
The BET-nominated singer ran a giveaway on Twitter to see if his fans could guess who the sixth and final feature on Dreams would be. Donald was giving away R1 000 to any of his fans that could guess the feature correctly. Donald attached a clip of the song so fans could have a more calculated guess.

DONALD REVEALS SURPRISE FEATURE
Hundreds of tweeps shared who they thought would be the final feature and one lucky fan was R1 000 richer after guessing Jussie Smollet.
Jussie Smollet rose to fame after his role on the American hit series Empire that also starred Terrance Howard, Taraji P Henson and Bryshere Y Gray. A multitalented Smollet has also appeared in the films Alien: Covenant and The Skinny.
“BREAKING!! The 6th and Final Artist FEATURED on #DreamsAlbum is the amazing Jussie Smollet,” wrote Donald.

‘DREAMS’ ALBUM
Donald has already released the first single from his forthcoming album Dreams. The single, Inkanyezi featuring Lady Du is an upbeat afro-house song that is all about love.
The single opens with Donald’s smooth voice with Lady Du jumping in on the song’s third verse. The two vocalists sound magical together.
Dreams is set to be released on Friday 22 October.
