SA’s drag stars are bringing some fabulous fun to Joburg [photos]
Mzansi’s drag superstars Lady Aphroditea, Lust Vegas and Adam are set to take the stage at ‘The Maslow Drag Show’ on Sunday 20 March.

Creative agency, AT! Media and The Maslow, Sandton are set to present a brand-new entertainment experience called The Maslow Drag Show. Local drag legends Lady Aphroditea and Lust Vegas are bringing some fabulous fun to Africa’s richest square mile.

BRINGING SOME COLOUR TO JOHANNESBURG
Local drag superstar Adam Benefeld popularly known as Adam is set to host The Maslow Drag Show on Sunday 20 March.
Speaking to AFP in January, Adam said drag is about “showing everyone that you don’t just need to be who you are, you can be so much more.”
The gorgeous entertainer has hosted several events including a one-woman show at The Bioscope in the heart of Johannesburg in 2021.

AT! Media’s Theo de Jager said they are excited to add new events to their monthly schedule.
“The drag entertainment industry has been thrust into the spotlight over the course of the last few years, with international queens from RuPaul’s Drag Race frequently taking the stage alongside local queens,” added de Jager.
The Maslow Drag Show host, Adam will be gracing the stage with local favourites Lust Vegas and Lady Aphroditea for an afternoon of glamour and laughter.

Tickets for The Maslow Drag Show are R150 per person or R350 including a welcome drink and lunch curated by The Maslow Executive Sous Chef Puleng Moshoaliba.
The event will kick off at 13:00 on Sunday 20 March 2022 at The Maslow, Sandton.
