‘Why break them down?’: Talana fires at Mel in ‘RHOPTA’ reunion

Talana Vuren-Kuhn fired at Melany “Mel” Viljoen on the reunion episode of the Real Housewives van Pretoria (RHOPTA) which aired on KykNet on Thursday 5 January.

TALANA VUREN-KUHN FIRES AT MEL VILJOEN

Last night (5 January) the reunion episode of the Real Housewives van Pretoria aired on KykNet. The reunion was hosted by Rian van Heerden, who had tons of questions for the ladies. As expected, Melany “Mel” Viljoen  had the most explaining to do this season.

Mel explained her remark about saying Renske Lammerding and her husband were a “mismatch” before of their bodies. However, Talana Vuren-Kuhn – who was pregnant during the season – jumped in to ask Mel a firing question.

“I know I was very quiet during the series… are you for women?” she asked.

“This is the Real Housewives…” replied Mel.

“You are for women, aren’t you? Then why break them down every single time? I’m watching as an outsider. And that’s what I notice about you every time,” said Talana.

Mel fired back at Talana saying “you weren’t really involved with the housewives. You fell out early on”.

THE BATTLE OF THE ‘OPINIONS’

Mel went on to say that Renske could defend herself but Talana explained that she was just voicing her opinion.

The Tammy Taylor Nails SA founder went on to say that Talana was not really available throughout the series. However, Talana insisted her opinion counts.

“This is the Real Housewives van Pretoria. We talk about each other, we gossip. This is the Real Housewives. Perhaps you signed up for the wrong show,” replied the Mel.

Talana did not take laying down and responded “at least I did not sign up for b****”.
