Bravo TV released the official teaser for The Real Housewives of Dubai on social media on 2 November.

The Real Housewives of Dubai is the first-international spin-off of the Real Housewives franchise produced by Bravo TV.

American television talk show host Andy Cohen serves as the executive producer of the series. He also hosted the Keeping Up With The Kardashians reunion episode after the series ended on its 20th season.

“With the desert paradise of Dubai as the backdrop, this billionaire’s playground is known for its over-the-top opulence, jaw-dropping modern architecture and wild nightlife scene,” said Andy in a statement.

“Whether they’re coasting on a private plane, running their own empires or hosting on a private island, these glamorous, successful women are ready to serve up scorching hot drama and unexpected twists,” he continued.

The series is said to be filmed in an oil-rich Middle Eastern city, which is located in the United Arab Emirates. The series will premiere in 2022. The leading ladies are said to be a group of friends according to Andy.

“They’re a group of friends. It’s great. We haven’t announced the cast yet. But we’re really excited about them,” he said to The Talk co-host Jerry O’Connell on Wednesday 3 November.

The official Real Housewives of Dubai hashtag is #RHODubai. The network allowed viewers to pick the hashtag and #RHODubai tagged 65% of the votes while #RHODxb had 36%. #RHOD was not an option because of the Real Housewives of Dallas while this would also be a conflict for South African viewers due to #RHOD being used for the Real Housewives of Durban.

“Let the sands of time reveal…the official hashtag for The Real Housewives of Dubai as voted by YOU! ???? ????????,” the hashtag reveal video was captioned.
