Johannesburg, Durban and now the Mother City! Meet the seven housewives who are bringing all the spice in ‘Real Housewives of Cape Town’.

The Real Housewives franchise has taken Johannesburg and Durban, this year, it’s heading to the Mother City with a brand new cast! Real Housewives of Cape Town is set to premiere on Sunday 10 July at 19:00 on Mzansi Magic (Dstv channel 161).

The Real Housewives of Cape Town marks the fourth adaptation of the series in Africa. In a statement, director of local entertainment channels at M-Net, Shirley Adonisi said the franchise might be global but Real Housewives of Cape Town has a “South African” spin to it. 

“The storylines explored on the show and the cast’s lives are as authentic as they come. As a channel, keeping up with our viewers’ tastes and preferences is important and this is evidence of that,” Adonisi added. 



Camilla McDowell is a vintage car collector, entrepreneur, public speaker and humanitarian. The self-proclaimed “Queen of Constantia” will surprise viewers with her elegant entrances at social events with her vintage Rolls Royce Moonshadow. 


Lulwando Tukwayo, better known as Lue, is a qualified charted accountant, property entrepreneur, digital creator and mom of three. She is also the founder of an NGO called Wings to Learn and described herself as fun, free-spirited and fiercely independent. 


Rooksy Gqirana describes herself as a go-getter, hustler and lover of beautiful things. She loves trying out new recipes and keeps up with the latest fashion trends through her company, Style Boutique SA. 


Thato Montse is an entrepreneur designer and wine connoisseur who has created her own brand of wine, Thato Wines. She aims to transform wine into a drink that is appreciated by everyone. 


Loveline Abinokhauno, better known as Mrs Leo, has been married for 14 years and is a mom to three girls and one boy. The blogger and influencer uses social media to connect with women across the globe. 


Rusha Mosajee, also known as RushTush, has successfully built her own fitness empire and has a stellar social media presence. She is a qualified personal trainer and a mother to three boys. 


Property owner Beverly Steyn moved to Cape Town from KwaZulu-Natal five years ago. Steyn is also an investor and describes herself as passionate and creative with interests in planes, yachts, fast cars and a luxury lifestyle.
