American actor Lukas Gage will be Joe Goldberg’s new nemesis in season four of the hit Netflix series You, confirmed on 17 February.
LUKAS GAGE JOINS ‘YOU’ SEASON FOUR AS JOE’S NEMESIS
Joe Goldberg (Penn Badgley) has a new nemesis in a new town and he goes by Lukas Gage. Lukas is popular for his roles as Tyler in HBO’s Euphoria and Dillon in HBO Max’s The White Lotus.
Netflix pleasantly surprised fans just before the release of You season three with the news of season four. The streaming platform was so confident in how well the series would do that the series was already renewed.
E! News has since reported that Lukas Gage will be playing Joe’s nemesis in the upcoming season. Lukas will play the role of Adam – an ex-pat American who is the youngest son of a wealthy East-Coast magnate.
“He’s famous for spectacularly failing to meet the standards of his successful, venerable family. An entrepreneur and a gambler, Adam is a warm and funny party host and fast friend. But underneath, Adam is hiding a trove of secrets and papering over problems with heavy self-medication,” according to Deadline.
“Determined to prove himself, Adam’s taking big, risky swings, living by the truism that a good businessman does absolutely anything he can get away with. Does he love his wealthy, titled girlfriend, or is he using her? There’s no doubt he’s manipulating his friends; the only question is how far he’d go,” the character description continued.

WHERE WILL SEASON FOUR PICK UP?
Joe and his wife Love attempted to raise their son in You season three but their marriage was not perfect. The pair were surrounded by mommy bloggers, tech entrepreneurs and more but they all believed Joe was dead at the end.
The season ended on the cliffhanger of Joe seemingly searching for Marienne, his love interest in Paris. This potentially where season four is shot.
