Following a two-year hiatus, the DStv Mzansi Viewers Choice Awards are back. The awards are set to take place on 25 June.

After a two-year hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the DStv Mzansi Viewers Choice Awards are back. The awards honour local talent in Mzansi and celebrate top achievers in music, radio, television and sports. The awards, set to take place on 25 June at the Sun Arena in Pretoria, will feature 13 categories including a Lifetime Achiever Award and a Life Changer Award.
Speaking to Channel24, the executive head of marketing at MultiChoice, Thabisa Mkhwanazi, said the return of the awards was exciting for DStv.
Mzansi will have the opportunity to vote for the favourites in each category and more details about the process are set to be announced soon.
