‘Isifiso’ actress Linda Mtoba has joined Gagasi FM
‘The River’ and ‘Isifiso’ actress Linda Mtoba has joined Durban-based radio station Gagasi FM as co-host of ‘Siy’pholele’ on Sundays.

Talented actress Linda Mtoba, who is known for her roles in Isibaya, Isifiso and The River has joined Gagasi FM to pursue her radio presenting career.

INSIDE LINDA MTOBA’S RADIO DREAM
Daily Sun reports that Isifiso actress Linda Mtoba will co-host Gagasi FM’s Siy’pholele on Sundays alongside Lab from 6 pm to 10 pm.
Gagasi FM’s head of audience experience, Alex Mthiyane revealed the station’s new line-up announcement at Platinum Belt Lounge in Durban on Thursday, 30 March.
Other top TV actors on the station include House of Zwide’s Khaya Dladla and Hope Mbhele, who stars in Umkhokha: The Curse.
Gospel musician and radio host pastor Khaya Mthethwa has also joined the Durban-based radio station.
“People should know that I’m not the face of gospel music, but I’m a versatile musician and radio host. It has always been a dream of mine to do a primetime weekday show. I love the radio. Yes, I’m a gospel radio, but I’m an artist. What is important to be as a brand is to position me as a gospel artist,” he said.

HER ROLE IN ‘ISIFISO’
Sunday World reports that The River actress Linda Mtoba will play the role of Nokwanda in Mzansi Magic’s Isifiso season two.
“Mtoba will be playing the role of Nokwanda who comes to rock Bazothini’s life, ” adds the publication.
In season one, leading star Nelisa Mchunu’s character Bazothini killed her sister so she can marry her rich husband Siboniso (Melusi Yeni) in Isifiso season one and gain popularity with viewers.
Julia (played by Zinhle Mabena) told Siboniso that it was Bazothini who killed his wife, and her sister, Nobuhle (Mbalenhle Mthembu).
Bazothini then killed Julia and left Siboniso to think that it was Julia who was the murderer then pushed Julia down the stairs like she did Nobuhle.
